Guys, I am sorry that I haven’t been on at all. I’m just so busy these days. I miss my elementary school days. They are so fun and easy in a small school, just savor them. Sometime, I will get a new, awesome post up. If you haven’t been here before, just look around, play with the widgets, watch the Animotos. By the way, don’t forget about the other sections of the blog (my mascot, polls and surveys, ect.). Talk to you guys later. Enjoy, and thank you.
Hi everyone! Sorry I haven’t put up a post for a while, but I’ve been busy. Anyways, I need comments and I haven’t done much (other then putting up the voki that is on the right which you might have noticed), so I thought that I would make a survey and a poll for people to take. I you hope enjoy them.
At this time – late in the school year my grade is preparing to make many changes. Next year my grade will move up to Middle School (Junior High). It will be a big step. We will be moving from a grade with 32 kids to a grade with about 300 kids. I have been in the elementary school for 7 years. What school changes will/have you gone through.
In the “My Mascot” section I lately put up the 4 widgets that won my poll-“Which widgets should I get?” I was going to only get the 3 most voted widgets, but there was a tie. I put the widgets up, but I need a name for the panda, hedgehog, and duck. Please write a comment giving your idea for a name for one of the animals. On 5/15/12 I will put up a poll so you can vote for your favorite animal name, so write it before 5/15/12. Check out the new widgets by clicking:http://awesomebryan.edublogs.org/my-mascot/
In the Electronics section I had a poll. The poll was Xbox vs PS3, and Xbox won. I have to say that I was voting for Xbox all along. Xbox won by 9 votes. I guess the long dispute is settled. If you think that PS3 should have won, then give some reasons in a comment. If you knew Xbox was going to win, then give some reasons.
3-14-12 is Pi day, but in my class we took it as pie day. Pi is 3.14159265358979323846264338327950288419716939937510582097494459230781640628620899862803482534211706798214808651328230664709384460955058223172535940812848111745028410270193852110555964462294895493038196442881097566593344612847564823378678316527120190914564856692346034861045432664821339360726024914127372458700660631558817488152092096282925409171536436789259036001133053054882046652138414695194… That number goes on forever. You use pi to find the area, and circumference of a circle. Anyways, I didn’t get this blog to give people a math lesson, so lets get to the more interesting part. Some people (including me) brought in pies. It was a yummy day, but no, we didn’t escape math. We had to find the diameter, radius, circumference, and area of each circle. I made an Animoto about pi day, so I hope you enjoy it (I am not in it because I am taking the pictures, so don’t be looking for me in it)!
I put up a new widget in the “My Mascot” section. The widget is another dog. It is not one of the winners for the widgets that I should get poll, I just thought that some people might like it. Try playing with it. I know some people in my class didn’t want me to put it up, but I still did. To go to it click on the thing near the top of the page that says “My Mascot”. That will take you to the “My Mascot” page. I also put up a clock widget. It is on the right hand side of any page. It is nothing TOO interesting, but I like it. It isn’t the most simple clock that you ever saw.
Over February vacation I went to Patriot Place with my friends Will G. and Will D. In case you don’t know Patriot Place is a mall next to Gillette Stadium where the New England Patriots and the New England Revolution play, also home to multiple concerts. We also went to Bass Pro Shops (it is also next to Gillette Stadium). After Patriot Place we went to the Patriot Hall of fame, or the Patriot Hall. The Patriot hall is where all of the pictures from the Animoto come from.
